Band Soup

We’ve got our second edition of Band Soup coming up at Gizzy Local on Saturday August 3. It really is one of our favourite Gizzy Local events - intimate, funny, and something that’s somehow quite different to anything else in our every day lives.  

Band Soup is an evening where we place the music and the people making it front and centre, with all the hearty socialising squeezed into the breaks.⁠ We put a big effort into creating a line up of eclectic acts that you wouldn’t usually find in the same room, on the same night, and this next edition is looking to be a corker!  

We’ll be welcoming:  

Julia Hardie - A freak on the beat but a nerd in the sheets. Mixing hiphop and poetry for something a bit unique.
