About the event
It’s a 4½–5 hour walk to Tawa Hut in the upper Waioweka River from the end of Moanui Road.
Along the way, we’ll give the hut a spring clean, note any maintenance needs, and record recent visits as part of the Federated Mountain Clubs’ “Love Our Huts” campaign
