About the event

What is "journaling" anyway? This fun course provides a safe, supportive environment for anyone who wants to find out about the art of journaling writing. Keeping a journal can open up a world of self-reflection to enhance clarity and creativity while exercising the "writing muscle" in your brain. Journal writing can cultivate self-awareness through expression and help to identify and overcome blockages that may be holding us back. Regular journal writing can enhance a person's sense of purpose and self-worth and has the potential to unlock a treasure chest of stories waiting to be told.
