About the event

Over the past year, more than 500 musicians, bands, music groups and audience members took the time to fill out the Tairāwhiti Music Survey - te rangahau puoro o te Tairāwhiti.

This information is being used to map the music sector here, and to develop a draft music strategy. The key findings of the research, as well as a suggested way forward, will be presented at a hui at Smash Palace on Thursday February 8th from 6pm. All welcome - supper provided.

The end time is approximate. The regular weekly Build-a-Band will start immediately after the presentation.
