About the event
Are you curious about meditation but unsure where to start? Do you enjoy group practice or guided sessions? Or perhaps you already have a practice but want to refine it? This 6-week in-person course is designed to help you explore and deepen your breathwork and meditation practice in a supportive group setting.
Each session will introduce breathing techniques that balance and energise the body, paired with meditation practices that calm and focus the mind. Whether you're brand new or looking to take your practice further, this course will give you the tools to feel more grounded, present, and clear.
