Gizzy Local is located at 64 Lowe St, Gisborne. We can often be found in here during school hours and are stoked to be able to hold a safe, welcoming and fun space for our community in the middle of the CBD. 

 

Gizzy Local puts on regular gatherings that bring us together to connect with each other and our creativity.  Keep an eye out in the Weekly Roundabout, the Gizzy Local calendar or our socials for information about our arts workshops, live music, poetry slams, raves, rangatahi expression sessions, and everything and anything else in between!

We also support community members to hold events in our space.  We make every effort to ensure that this is a safe space for all and ask that everyone who comes into Gizzy Local takes an active role in fostering an inclusive atmosphere that promotes everyone's safety and well-being, regardless of age, gender, or race:)
