A note about our timeframes. Our week-at-a-glance poster is printed on Wednesdays and the Weekly Roundabout newsletter is distributed on Thursday afternoons. To ensure your event is in all of our publications, please submit your event details 2 weeks prior to your event. Note that we may not be checking emails after work hours or on the weekend.
