About the event
Join us at the War Memorial Hall to welcome Dr Denise Quinlan and Dr Lucy Hone who are Directors of the New Zealand Institute of Wellbeing & Resilience and respected global speakers providing practical tools for tough times. They’ll offer advice on how we can build resilience in ourselves and others, and discuss how we can support those coping with loss and other difficulties.
Both Denise and Lucy are known for their incredibly engaging style and deep knowledge that is inspiring and entertaining. They deliver practical tips, peppered with relatable stories and self-effacing humour, but always underpinned by the best of science and practice.
