Starting March 18th, Moana Mutscheller invites you to a four-week journey into the foundations of Ayurveda.
This small-group workshop, limited to eight participants, will take place every Tuesday at 5:30 PM (or later) at 160 Crawford Road, running for approximately one hour per session.
Throughout the workshop, Moana will guide participants in understanding their unique Ayurvedic nature and how to bring balance into their lives through food, lifestyle choices, and holistic wellness tools. Each session is designed to offer practical knowledge and insights to help you cultivate harmony and well-being.
