A Sneak Peek of Badjelly the Witch at the Library
Gisborne's Unity Theatre is bringing the beloved classic Badjelly the Witch to the stage, and audiences have the chance to get an exclusive first look. On Tuesday, March 11, at 4 PM, the library will host a special preview event featuring director Jill White and a cast member, who will present a short reading from the show’s script.
This free event offers a nostalgic trip for those who grew up with Spike Milligan’s famous story, while also introducing a new generation to its whimsical charm.
With the full production set to run from March 14 to 22 at Gisborne Unity Theatre, this is the perfect opportunity to experience a taste of the magic before opening night.
