About the event

Bradamon Band, Jay Thomas (Lead Singer of Paua), and Mr Mego (USA) will be hitting four cities across the North Island to promote Bradamon’s upcoming Album, “The Beginning.” To support the rise of new reggae bands across Aotearoa, locally selected support acts will also be featured. “The Beginning” is Bradamon’s very first Album. The nine-track album is a revitalisation of songs that were written many years ago and placed in a vault for such a time as now. The narrative of each song represents individualism and is drawn upon the lived experiences of each member at the time of the composition. “The Beginning” is a reflection of our past but, in many ways, a celebration of the success the band has had over the recent years. We hope that this album resonates with music lovers who share a deep connection to the culture of roots, rock, and reggae. Bradamon will lead the tour with two singles from the album ‘Ain’t No Woman’ featuring Jay Thomas and ‘Roots, Rock, Reggae’ a band favourite. Jay Thomas will also be playing his Paua classics behind a live band, and Bay Area (USA) singer Mr Mego will bring a fusion of vibes to the shores of Aotearoa, too.

Join Bradamon and the wonderful list of artists scheduled to perform in Napier, Gisborne, Auckland & Whangārei.
