About the event
Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice with no choreography or steps to follow - simply listen to the music, connect with your body and let yourself be moved.
The principles are:
- no talking on the dance floor
- no phones on the dancefloor
- no shoes inside
- no drugs or alcohol
