Join us for an immersive eco-somatic dance journey exploring the intimate relationship between lungs, body, breath, and the living earth.
Through gentle guidance and intuitive movement, we awaken the wild intelligence of the body and remember ourselves as part of nature, not separate from it.
Guided by an experienced somatic dance facilitator, this journey weaves together an epic immersive soundscape, evocative music, atmospheric space, and embodied exploration designed to help you soften, release, reconnect, and come fully alive.
