About the event
Join this class to learn the fundamentals of all-grain beer brewing. In this hands-on course, the tutor, Tori Raikkonen, will walk you through each element of beer brewing, from ingredients, equipment, technique and production. You will pick and brew with locally grown, fresh hops, discovering the secrets behind crafting unique flavours and aromas.
Whether you’re a novice or a homebrew enthusiast looking to elevate your skills, this short course is your gateway to stepping into the world of all-grain brewing.

Wednesdays 28 February, 6 March and 10 April from 5.30pm to 8.00pm
Weekends of 16, 17, 23 and 24 March from 9.00am to 3.00pm
Cost is $60.00 plus small booking fee.
