About the event
Join this class to learn the fundamentals of all-grain beer brewing. In this hands-on course, tutor, Tori Raikkonen, will walk you through each element of beer brewing, from ingredients, equipment, technique and production, from understanding & selecting ingredients to mastering the mash. The course includes interactive learning, hands-on brewing sessions & taste tests. Elevate your brewing skills and enjoy the refreshing taste of your own handcrafted beer all summer long.
To secure a spot, enroll at Main Reception EIT, Palmerston Road or at EIT Rural Studies Unit on Stout Street. Please take a passport or birth
certificate to complete enrollment.
Whether you’re a novice or a homebrew enthusiast looking to elevate your skills, this short course is your gateway to stepping into the world of all-grain brewing.
Classes are held 14 October - 30 November 2024
Mondays 14, 21 October and 11 November from 6pm
Saturdays 2, 3, 16, 30 November from 10am
(It will not be necessary to attend all
weekend classes)
