Join EIT Hospitality tutor, Mark Gooding and guest chef Tom Boyce for four days or baking, brewing, cooking and serving.

This FEES FREE course takes place on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am - 3pm on 24, 25, 31 July and 1 August 2024.

Enrol now at Main Reception, EIT, Palmerston Road, Gisborne.

Please bring a birth certificate or passport to complete the enrolment process.
