About the event

This course will start with the alphabet and move slowly through the intricate nature of Tongan society and the importance of social structure. You will also be introduced to basic Tongan greetings, traditional handicrafts, song and dance. We will finish with a celebratory feast, “anga fakatonga” (the Tongan way). Dates/Times: Monday Mornings 19 August – 09 September, 9 am-12.30 pm and Saturday 14 September, Times to be confirmed.
