About the event
From brushstroke to shutter click, wheel-thrown to hand-formed, this annual exhibition brings together a vibrant spread of creativity from right across Te Tairāwhiti. Featuring works from the members of GAPP, the Gisborne Artists’ Society, the Gisborne Pottery Group, and the Camera Club, the show offers a glimpse into the living, breathing art practices that flourish here every day, often quietly, sometimes collectively, and always with heart.
With many returning artists and a few first-timers dipping their toes into the exhibition pool, this is a celebration of local talent in all its texture and tone.
Don’t miss this year’s collection of photographs, paintings, and ceramics, a tapestry of passion, practice and place, stitched together by community.
