About the event
Gisborne Tramping Club Walk | Cycle Ride – The route begins at Pouawa with a 7km cycle to Waiomoko Road, followed by a 20km circuit around Waiomoko, Wharekiri, and Panikau Roads. Riders then return down the road to Pouawa for lunch or snacks.
It’s an undulating ride with a mix of gravel and sealed surfaces. Wharekiri Road includes a solid climb, steep at the start.
