Gisborne Tramping Club walk | Mātokitoki Valley

A 12.5 km circuit (around 5-6 hrs) along farm & older forestry tracks, and through new forestry plantings with a few steep hilly places. Good walking boots and poles are handy, as in places the farm tracks are a bit overgrown. There are a couple of spots where we will have stunning views over the bay and the surroundings.
