About the event
FAR OUT! is back with a true cult classic, the unforgettable Grey Gardens. Step inside the crumbling East Hampton mansion of Big Edie and Little Edie Beale, a mother-daughter duo once part of New York’s high society, now living in glorious, eccentric decay.
This 1975 documentary is a strange and beautiful portrait of faded glamour, sharp wit, and defiantly lived lives. Part tragic, part fabulous, and always captivating, Grey Gardens has inspired musicals, films, and fashion editorials, securing its spot in pop culture history. Come for the cat food pâté and raccoons, stay for the absolute fashion chaos and enduring charm of the Edies.
