About the event
For this month's edition of I Woke Up Like This, DJ Jose Castaño will be at the helm with a set of bass-heavy, soulful, melodic tunes from dub techno to 2-step, and some quality house to set us off on our day with a smile:)
Jose grew up in Chile, and in 1995 went to his first rave while living in Buffalo, New York. His travels have taken him from the Americas to Europe and most recently to Aotearoa. In 2008 while working at Serato Audio Research in Auckland he learnt to use Scratch Live, and has been DJing with it ever since. We can’t wait!
$10 on the door. Grab a Far East coffee on your way in and boogie your way to an excellent day.
