About the event
We’re trying something a little different for our next edition of I Woke Up Like This - Gizzy’s early morning rave experience. We’re trialling Saturday morning, with the slightly later start of 7am... are you tempted?!
Our regulars will be stoked to hear that Jose Castaño is on the bill, with some African Disco Dub, and soulful techno to start our weekend off right.. Jose grew up in Chile, and in 1995 went to his first rave while living in Buffalo, New York. His travels have taken him from the Americas to Europe and most recently to Aotearoa. In 2008 while working at Serato Audio Research in Auckland he learnt to use Scratch Live, and has been DJing with it ever since. We can’t wait!
$10 on arrival. Grab a Far East coffee or dreamy cuppa cacao and boogie your way to an excellent day. Tunes 7am - 8am.
