Did you know that we schedule these morning raves to be as close to the full moon as possible to soak up all that good, positive, lunar magic? Then you'll understand our excitement that this month's instalment is bang on the Full Moon!
Don't worry if you don't know how to get in a dancing mood. The folks who come to dance don't have some supernatural amount of confidence or calibre of dance moves. We all take time to warm into our groove. So come join in. You can dress up or down, get wild or hide behind some sunnies. If you're having a good time, then you're doing it right!
We'll have piping hot Far East Coffee or dreamy cacao for you to fuel your moves. Boogie your way into an excellent day.
