About the event
Timetable:
8:30 am to 10 am - Opening meditation followed by the practice of the 108 Sun Salutations with the Reset Team.
From 10 am: Brekkie Nibbles from the delicious phiduscuisine and refreshments.
12 pm to 1 pm: Tamariki Yoga Class - kids yoga for children from 9 to 12 years old with teacher Karryn.
2 pm to 3 pm - Acro Jam with Jose and Tati from @acroyogagisborne.
Tickets: It’s your donation to help us fundraise for the Gisborne Cancer Society. You can bring money on the day or transfer your donation to us.
Pre-bookings are essential. You can choose to come to the whole day or the practice and nibbles or kids yoga or the jam… We just need to know your plans so we can accommodate everyone.
