About the event

Have you ever thought about writing a journal but didn’t know where to start?

What is “journaling” anyway? This fun course provides a safe, supportive environment for anyone who wants to find out about the art of journal writing. Keeping a journal can open up a world of self-reflection to enhance clarity, and creativity while exercising the “writing muscle” in your brain. Journal writing can cultivate self-awareness through expression and help to identify and overcome blockages that may be holding us back. Regular journaling can enhance a person’s sense of purpose, self-worth and has the potential to unlock a treasure chest of stories waiting to be told.


This course includes the workshops:


Evening Classes (Dates/Days/ Time) 3-27 February, no classes 6 and 13 February

Mondays and Thursdays: 5.30pm-8.30pm


Morning Classes (Dates/Days/ Time) 25 February-20 March
