Join Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Sound Healer Ash Sales to embark on an immersive journey of self-discovery.

This event offers a safe and grounded space for deep self-transformation, using tools such as Cacao, Hawa Breathwork (Holotropic style) and Sound Healing to reconnect with who we truly are and release any blocked energy or emotions that may be holding us back.

Information on healing techniques used:

Hawa Breathwork: A breathing technique created by Andrea Anstiss, a transpersonal psychotherapist, who draws heavily on the practice of rebirthing and holotropic breathwork. Holotropic breathwork is a powerful breathing technique created by Stanislov and Christina Grof in the 1970’s which induces deep states of altered consciousness to release blocked energy, trauma and emotions. It activates a state of mind similar to a psychedelic experience & allows you to access parts of your psyche & subconscious mind that can't be reached under ‘normal’ conditions.

Sound Healing: Ash combines crystalline frequencies of 432hz Alchemy crystal singing bowls, acoustic guitar, voice and drums for a unique healing experience. These sounds and their frequencies will soothe and support you as you relax back into your body after the Breathwork session allowing time to reflect and integrate your experience.

They will have extra support and assistance from energy healer Jayden Roper + mama cacao, a plant medicine that reconnects you with your heart centre.

A supportive community is essential for healing. The event offers a safe and non-judgmental space for you to express yourself and connect with others on a similar journey to yourself.
