About the event
Learn the art of successfully keeping a healthy Kombucha Scoby.
These fermented drinks contain beneficial enzymes and nutrients that improve digestion and boost your beneficial gut flora and immunity.
Participants will walk away with their own SCOBY & starter liquid, so bring a nice clean jar!
Cost: $5. Please pm us to register first. Once we've put your name down, we would appreciate you either direct crediting $5 to 38-9023-0158186-00 with mention of KOMBUCHA asap or you can come pay via eftpos or cash beforehand.
This workshop is run by East Coast Organics co-op as an in-kind contribution for the use of the centre for their organic food sorts.
