About the event
Heritage Tairāwhiti’s much-loved Lightning Talks return with an evening of quick-fire storytelling and local history with each speaker given just six minutes and 20 images to share their slice of Tairāwhiti heritage.
This round, you’ll hear from Dame Bronwen Holdsworth on Pultron Composites, Jeremy Muir on The Gisborne Herald, James Warren on the High School Old Boys Club, Scott Casley on the history of radio in Gisborne, and Mary-Jane Richmond on the Gisborne Choral Society.
Wednesday 3 September, 6–8 pm
Bookings are essential, as space is limited.
