Slow down and reset under the New Moon with this New Moon Yoga & Sound Healing Journey
This 90-minute shared experience gently weaves together 45 minutes of accessible, Ayurvedic-inspired yoga with 45 minutes of immersive sound healing, supporting deep rest, nervous system regulation and intentional new beginnings.
Held in the reflective energy of the New Moon, this session offers a calm, grounding space to pause, reconnect and plant fresh intentions, no prior experience needed.
Bring: yoga mat, blanket and cushion (some available)
