About the event

A one-day wānanga exploring the connection between nutrition, gut health, soil microbiology and mental wellbeing.

Bringing together clinical knowledge and whenua-based perspectives, the workshop features Dr Ivan Lin and soil agroecologist Jacopo Orazi guiding participants through the growing links between healthy soil, quality kai, the gut microbiome and hauora.

Through kōrero, live demonstrations and interactive learning, attendees will explore practical ways food systems, regenerative growing and nutrition can support wellbeing from the ground up.

Suitable for health professionals, growers and community members interested in preventive wellbeing and holistic health.
