About the event
This exhibition amplifies the coives of rangatahi through the lens of sport. The unique juxtaposition of powerful images of young people in the places they love, accompanied by text from in-depth interviews, prompts new perspectives on the impacts of Cyclone Gabrielle and repeated weather events on local youth.
A collaboration between local photographer Josie McClutchie and award-winning sociologist, Professor Holly Thorpe, the exhibition creates a dynamic space to learn from, and be moved by, rangatahi knowledge and experiences of climate change.
5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
