About the event
This four-day hospitality taster is designed for anyone curious about working in cafés or hospo settings, from baking and brewing to cooking and customer service.
Led by EIT hospitality tutor Mark Gooding, with guest chef Jo Mooney, the course offers hands-on learning in a supportive environment. It is an excellent introduction to the pace, creativity and skills involved in hospitality work.
