Small Affordable Artworks & Objects Exhibition including Jewellery

This exhibition grew from a desire to respond to the uncertainty and challenges affecting communities around the world. With many people feeling the pressure of rising costs and ongoing global events, the concept was simple: create small, affordable artworks that bring joy to both artists and collectors.

All artworks and objects in the exhibition measure a maximum of 17.5 x 17.5cm, including frames, making original art accessible and attainable for more people.

This exhibition celebrates the creativity, talent and resilience of Tairāwhiti artists and makers. Visitors are encouraged to support local creatives and invest in an affordable original artwork to enjoy in their own homes and spaces.

The exhibition features paintings, ceramics, woodwork and jewellery, showcasing just a fraction of the incredible creative community that exists throughout the Tairāwhiti district. Additional artists may be added as works are confirmed.
