Dance is medicine - A moving meditation.
Join in dance, where all of you is welcome. Somatic Dance is a guided free-form movement journey, deep into the layers of the body. Rachael Ormsby creates a comfortable space for you to freely move, let go, express and explore how your body really wants to move. Whether you are a regular dancer or seeking a new way of moving this is a great opportunity to find presence, release and bliss by connecting with the wisdom of the body mind.
