Somatic Dance - Cosmic Matariki

An invitation to you all to feel the call to dance and celebrate Matariki!  An auspicious time of our year for remembrance, reflection, and renewal.  And a perfect opportunity to connect with the whenua, the cosmic, celestial, each other and our communities.  This Thursday night is an opportunity to connect with all of these aspects in a nurturing, nourishing and ancient tradition - DANCE!!.  Somatic dance is a guided free-form movement journey deep into the layers of the body. A space for you to let go and freely explore your uniqueness and authentic self. If you are curious about embodiment practices or new to somatic dance, rest assured there are no dance steps to learn and no way to get it wrong. Somatic Dance is a space for freedom, movement, self-expression and transformation!

Hosted by Rachael Ormsby  Somatic Dance Facilitator
