About the event
Welcome to an evening of potent Somatic Dance where you will explore the Ebb and Flow of our Watery existence. Somatic Dance is a continuum of movement and expression drawing from the fundamentals of 5Rhythms, Embodied Flow ™ and Ecstatic Dance to create a whole-person healing movement system.
This is a dance space where you are supported to listen, feel, sense and explore the intelligence of your body through movement, music, sound and frequency. It is also a place where you can have fun, play and connect with other like minded souls through DANCE!
Dance is a way of building community, forming connections as well as claiming our identity. Whether you are a regular dancer or seeking a new way of moving, this is an opportunity to find presence and take a pause from the busy "doing" of life and connect with just "being."
