Somatic Dance - The Fire of Life

Welcome to Somatic Dance!  Somatic Dance is a guided conscious free movement journey deep into the layers of the body. This is a dance space where you are supported to listen, feel, sense and explore the intelligence of your body through movement, music, sound and frequency.

Rachael, your Somatic Dance Facilitator, will gently guide you on this journey.  Her soundscapes are curated to enhance a deeper felt experience and connection with sound, your body and your conscious self. Whether you are a regular dancer or seeking a new way of moving, this is an opportunity to find presence and take a pause from the busy "doing" of life and connect with just "being". For some, the "being" might mean taking it easy, perhaps exploring movement laying or sitting on the floor.  This is a space where you have agency over your own experience and how your body wishes to move.…
