About the event
Join Daniel Monterigues and Ash Sales for a powerful half-day retreat combining sound, fire, and the ancient practice of the Sweat Lodge. This intimate experience invites participants to journey through sound healing, ceremony, and prayer to release trauma, build resilience, and embrace the medicine of rebirth.
The Flow of the Day:
1:30 pm – Arrival and Connection: Settle into the space and connect with others.
2:00 pm – Welcome and Opening: Opening circle and intention setting.
2:30–3:30 pm – Sound Healing Journey: Guided by Ash Sales using crystal bowls, acoustic guitar, and voice in 432Hz to ground, open the heart, and prepare for the lodge.
4:00 pm – Fire Ceremony: Blessing stones, singing, and prayers around the sacred fire.
