About the event
An intimate full-day retreat of sound, purification and reconnection, held in nature.
This small-group journey begins with an acoustic sound healing experience led by Ash Sales, using crystal bowls, guitar and voice to ground the body and prepare participants for the deeper ceremonial work of the day.
As the afternoon unfolds, the group gathers around the Sacred Fire before entering the Sweat Lodge, a traditional purification ceremony guided by Daniel Monterigues, supporting renewal, release and reconnection with self, community and whenua.
Following the lodge, participants move together to a nearby river cleanse, before returning for a shared potluck dinner and time to rest, reflect and connect.
