About the event
Maia, Stu, Steve, Jose, and Rewai must embark on an unforgettable, mystical journey to find their way to Tarere Marae.
Guided by our tipuna, Tauwheoro and encountering the mysterious Patupaiarehe, the group must navigate treacherous waters by waka, chart the stars of Matariki, and summon the courage to pass through an impenetrable ngahere.
Along the way, they discover that finding home requires more than just a map—it means mastering their core values: Manaakitanga, Mōhiotanga, Maiatanga, and Whanaungatanga.
Join Te Ara O Tauwheoro, a vibrant, heartwarming school production filled with laughter, dance, and great cultural pride. Will they weave their values together and make it back in time for kai?
