About the event
TE TAIRĀWHITI ARTS FESTVAL returns this September 26 to October 5 to illuminate and inspire the region through creativity and artistic excellence.
The festival will feature a number of free events including Te Ara i Whiti, the free interactive light trail exhibit that will set the riverbanks aglow at Kelvin and Marina Parks for the duration of the festival.
Opening night features a very special performance - TE KATOA with Tama Waipara and feature artists, for one show only and its much anticipated Tūranga launch as a tribute to the home that inspired the album.
