Tea Blending Workshop with Angela and Quentin (Henwen Herbals)

Angela and Quentin will take you through the tea blending process to create healthy, tasty herbal teas you can take home, make again, and customize. You’ll get to know some key herbs, their therapeutic actions, and how to process them in your kitchen. They'll supply enough organically grown herbs on the day, so you come away from the course with two or three different tea blends to keep and use. They'll make the first one from a recipe they provide, then help you custom make one or two more. There will be printed course notes to keep so you can focus on the learning activities instead of trying to take notes.
