About the event
Over the last 5 years, Well Wāhine Week has connected hundreds of wāhine, kōhine and gender diverse to free, women-only educational and physical activities that promote wellness. This grew out of the insights that wāhine and kōhine found joy in the women’s-only vibe, safety in the embrace of all-comers, freedom in the lack of commitment, and inspiration to re-prioritise their own wellness moving forward.
With the help of our community's awesome providers, enjoy this annual calendar of activities that cater to all sorts of interests. Just make sure you read the event descriptions as many have limited capacity and require registering to hold your spot.
The week rounds off with a Closing Celebration on Sunday, 16th March at Lawson Field Theatre, in the Rose Room from 2-4pm. All wāhine and kōhine who took part in the week's activities, as well as providers and sponsors, are invited to attend. Enjoy light…
