About the event
The Work Up is back and it’s weekly! Each week a different genre to get yourself worked up on, in a vaguely-led way. Whether you prefer to be led or to lead, this is your kind of dance-ercise situation.
First week we’re back into it with some groove inducing RnB and dancehall from Laura Lush. Bring your legwarmers and headbands to soak it up.
