About the event
Each class incorporates explorative and gentle movements based on Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teachings.
6pm alternating Monday's and Tuesday’s. Flows are 45 minutes followed by an optional 30 minutes to connect with community, sharing warm cacao or tea.
$20 exchange or pay what you can.
